Avocado Pesto

Avocado Basil Pesto Sauce on Fettuccini Pasta

Ingredients

1 cup basil

1 cup greens

assorted

½ cup olive oil

⅓ cup pine nuts

3 cloves of garlic

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 lemon juiced

1 avocado

Instructions

Step 1

Blend everything together in a food processor or mortal and pestle.

Step 2

After straining your pasta, reserve some of that startchy pasta water. In your pot dump the strained pasta back in with some of your pasta water and then your pesto sauce using the pasta water to get the desiered sauce consistency.

Step 3

Garnish with some fresh basil and chili flakes and enjoy.
