Instructions
Step 1
Prep all your cauliflower by trimming them into bite sized little wings.
Step 2
Prepare your batter and breading in two separate bowls and get your little fry station ready with a place to leave your fried wings to dry once they come out of the fryer, like a sheet pan with some paper towels on it.
Step 3
Once your cauliflower is trimmed and your batter and breading is made youre ready to start dunking, dredging and frying.
Step 4
I like to enjoy mine on their own with a little rémoulade sauce or in a sandwich along with some Clawson pickles.
