Avocado Toast with Sriracha Aioli


I take brunch pretty seriously as I could probably eat brunch foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is something about a perfect avocado sliced to order that is just * chefs kiss * 

I’m big on texture and all the crunchies which is why I could eat this day after day. It has everything from the freshness of the bright lime juice, crunchy bacon bits, savory everything bagel seasoning, and a little spicy from the sriracha aioli on buttered toast. 



Avocado Toast with Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients

1 - avocado sliced

2 - slices toast ( I used a crusty boule loaf from Sprouts )

1/2 of a fresh lime or lemon

salt - to taste

pepper - to taste

1/4 tsp - garlic powder

1/4 tsp - everything bagel seasoning

1 tbsp - McCormick Bac’n Pieces ( accidentally vegan product )

Cilantro to garnish

 

Sriracha Aioli

1 cup - vegan mayo

3 tbsp - sriracha
